This web application is an original creation owned by Umbilical Minds Communications SL, hereinafter referred to as the owner, for Novartis Global and its in the neuroendocrine tumor awareness campaign.
The owner is located in Barcelona, Calle Casp, 108, and is registered in the Commercial Register of Barcelona in volume 36146, folio 61, sheet no. B-278763, entry 1, with Tax Identification Number B63371413.
The use of this web application, hereinafter referred to as the app, confers user status of the app and implies the unconditional acceptance of the provisions included in this Legal Notice at the time the user accesses it.
The app can be freely visited by Novartis employees, and they are responsible for the use of the images taken through it.
The user agrees to use the app, its content, and services in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, and the instructions and usage regulations, as well as with generally accepted morals and good customs and public order. In this sense, the user will refrain from using the services and information for unlawful, prohibited, and harmful purposes to the rights and interests of third parties.
The owner reserves the right to update the content of the app and delete it, as well as to limit and prevent access, whether temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.
Reproduction, copying, whether in whole or in part, distribution, marketing, public communication, or any other activity that can be carried out with the content and information of this web application without the express authorization of the owner is an infringement that may be punishable by current legislation.

The email will not be retained or processed, but it will allow us to know the total number of accesses to the app, statistically, without being associated with any of your data. In this case, the email you enter to access the app is automatically converted by a script into a statistical number.
We will only process your email in case you contact us to report an issue with the app.
Regarding taking photos and using filters, the app does not detect any biometric information.
